The Vertical Lift features that improve your work
Multi-brand vertical warehouses
Integrates with various brands of Vertical Warehouse manufacturers, with various compartment identification devices (textual displays, laser pointers, barcodes, etc.), with multiple bay management logics and with double deep drawer.
Stock of the Vertical Warehouses
The operator has a display tab of the stock of each drawer and of all the compartments in which the searched material is present. In the case of a project consisting of multiple Vertical Warehouses, it allows for centralized management of stocks and workflows.
Integration with WMS or ERP
Vertical Lift integrates with the WMS or ERP warehouse management system, importing the material data and the loading and picking lists. The operator also has a tab available to browse the history of all the loading or picking lists.
Drawer layout configuration
The operator can set up the layout of the drawers of the Vertical Warehouse from a dedicated tab. A graphic editor allows to draw the drawers and compartments inside them. The operator can also indicate the maximum quantity that can be stored in a single compartment.
Loading from list
The operator, through a list received from the WMS, is guided to load the materials into the compartments of the Vertical Warehouse. The system chooses the drawer and lights up the compartment in which to load the material in order to make operations more efficient.
Free loading
The operator, reading the barcode or manually typing the code, is guided to load the materials into the compartments of the Vertical Warehouse. The system chooses the drawer and lights up the compartment in which to load the material in order to make operations more efficient.
Guided execution of picking lists
The operator, through a list received from the WMS, is guided to pick up the materials from the compartments of the Vertical Warehouse. The system chooses the drawers and compartments from which to take the goods and extracts them in order to make operations more efficient.
Free execution of the picking lists
The operator, reading the barcode or manually typing the code, proceeds with the manual picking of the items. The system displays all the material-location pairs where the required material is stored and the operator chooses the picking bin.
Stock Adjustment
During the loading or withdrawal phase of the material, the operator can adjust the quantity stored in a compartment if it is not consistent with the quantity physically recorded in the system.
